Personal information

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect:

• Delivery address, and billing/order-related address where applicable
• Account information and order history
• Information you provide when contacting support or using our contact form

We do not intentionally collect your date of birth as part of normal registration or checkout.

Order information

To process and fulfill an order, we may collect the products purchased, quantity, order amount, delivery information, order status, payment method and status, and transaction/payment reference information where applicable.

2. Why We Collect Your Information

We only collect what's reasonably necessary to run our store — to create and manage your account, process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, process payments, handle returns/exchanges, provide support, maintain order history, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse or fraud, improve our website, and (where appropriate) send occasional promotional communication.

3. Guest Checkout

You don't need an account to buy from us — guest checkout is available. We still need your name, phone number, and delivery details to process and deliver a guest order.

4. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, we store the information tied to it — name, contact details, addresses, order history. Keep your login credentials confidential and contact us if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.

5. Payment Information

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD), with eSewa and Khalti planned. Where a payment is processed by an external provider, that processing follows the provider's own terms and privacy practices. We retain what's necessary to identify and reconcile a transaction (method, status, amount, reference) — we do not store sensitive payment credentials like wallet passwords, PINs, or card security codes in our own systems.

6. Delivery and Order Fulfillment

We use your delivery information (name, phone, address) to complete delivery. Where delivery is handled by our team or an associated delivery service, only the information needed to fulfill that delivery is shared with them. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payment processing, hosting, security, communication, analytics, and technical infrastructure. Where such a service processes information on our behalf, it's also subject to that service's own privacy terms.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

At the time of publishing, our website does not use non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. We may introduce them in future for session/cart management, functionality, traffic analysis, or marketing measurement — this policy will be updated if that changes.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, ask how it's used, or get help with your account. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, or record-keeping purposes; we may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

10. How Long We Keep Information

We retain customer and order information for as long as reasonably necessary — to provide our services, maintain accounts and order history, handle returns, resolve disputes, and meet legal/record-keeping requirements. Information is deleted when no longer reasonably required, subject to those same obligations.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse — though no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please also do your part: protect your account credentials and avoid sharing passwords.

12. Children's Information

Our products are for children, but our online purchasing service is directed at the parents, guardians, and adults who buy them. We don't intentionally require children to submit unnecessary personal information to purchase.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, website, payment methods, or data practices change. The updated version, with a revised effective date, is always published here.
